When you submit a booking through our appointment form, we collect:
- Whether the booking is for a Bride or Groom
- Name
- Phone number
- Appointment date (the date you plan to visit our store)
- Expected delivery date
- Wedding/event date
1.2 Payment Information
Booking fee payments are processed through Cashfree Payments, a third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your full card number, UPI ID, or banking credentials — these are handled directly by Cashfree in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, certain technical information may be collected automatically through the tools listed in Section 3, including browser type, device type, and general usage patterns (pages visited, clicks, scrolling and cursor movement), your IP address and approximate location, and error or crash logs generated if something goes wrong while using the Site.
We do not collect any information beyond what is described above. In particular, we do not collect measurements, identification documents, or photographs through the Site — any such information exchanged during your in-person visit is handled separately and is not covered by this online Privacy Policy.

We use the information described above only to:
- Confirm and manage your appointment booking
- Contact you regarding your booking (e.g., confirmation and reminder messages)

We currently send only transactional/utility messages related to your booking, such as booking confirmations and appointment reminders. We do not currently send marketing or promotional messages.
