1. Nature of the Service

1.1 The Site provides an online appointment booking facility only. It allows customers to reserve a visiting slot at our physical store based on available dates.

1.2 No products are displayed for sale, listed, or sold through the Site. Selection and purchase of bridal or groom wear occur only during your in-person visit at our store.

1.3 These Terms govern the booking process only. The sale of any garment at our store is a separate transaction, subject to the terms communicated to you at the time of purchase in-store.

2. Booking Process

2.1 To book an appointment, you must submit the following information through our booking form:

• Whether the booking is for a Bride or Groom
• Name
• Phone number
• Appointment date (the date you plan to visit our store)
• Expected delivery date (the date by which you expect your garment to be ready)
• Wedding/event date

2.2 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information submitted, particularly your phone number and appointment date, as these are used to confirm and manage your booking.

2.3 A booking is confirmed only once the applicable booking fee (see Section 3) has been successfully received and the slot has been reserved on our end.

3. Booking Fee

3.1 A booking fee of ₹499 is charged at the time of booking to confirm your appointment slot.

3.2 This booking fee will be adjusted against the total purchase amount if you visit our store on your appointment date and proceed to purchase a garment.

3.3 The booking fee is non-refundable.

3.4 You may still contact us (see Section 14) to request a refund. Any refund is granted entirely at our discretion, and if approved, the amount refunded will be net of any third-party payment gateway charges (including, but not limited to, Cashfree processing fees) that were deducted from your original payment. We do not guarantee a refund will be granted.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

4.1 We do not offer a standard or guaranteed rescheduling option through the Site.

4.2 If you wish to change your appointment date, you must contact us (see Section 14).

4.3 Rescheduling requests are considered solely at our discretion and are subject to slot availability. Submitting a rescheduling request does not guarantee that it will be granted.

4.4 If your appointment is cancelled or you fail to attend without contacting us, the booking fee remains non-refundable, subject to Section 3.4.

5. Payment Processing

5.1 Payments made through the Site are processed via Cashfree Payments, a third-party payment gateway.

5.2 We do not store your full payment card, UPI, or banking credentials. By making a payment, you acknowledge that the transaction is also subject to Cashfree's applicable terms.

5.3 We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by the payment gateway or your bank/payment provider, though we will assist in good faith to resolve payment-related issues brought to our attention.

6. Your Data

6.1 We collect the information you submit through the booking form (Section 2.1) solely to confirm, manage, and follow up on your appointment.

6.2 Please refer to our Privacy Policy, available on the Site, for full details on how your information is collected, used, stored, and retained.

6.3 We do not use the information collected through this booking process for any purpose beyond managing your appointment and related communication with you.

7. Eligibility

7.1 By submitting a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to make this booking (for yourself or on behalf of the bride/groom named in the booking).

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the Site — including the ZORO Groom name, logo, images, and layout — is owned by or licensed to ZORO 6 and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for the purpose of booking appointments only.

9.2 We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from booking errors caused by incorrect information submitted by you, third-party payment gateway issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., unforeseen store closure).

9.3 Our total liability arising out of or in connection with a booking made through the Site shall not exceed the booking fee paid for that specific appointment.

10. Suspension of Booking Access

10.1 We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking, or restrict further use of the booking facility, where information provided is found to be false, or where a customer has repeatedly failed to attend confirmed appointments without notice.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or a booking made through the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kozhikode District, Kerala.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how our booking process works. The version in effect at the time you make a booking will apply to that booking. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZORO 6 regarding use of the booking facility on the Site.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
